Tenafy was developed by Tane Residence, a renowned provider of premium serviced apartments in Hong Kong with a decade-long history of excellence. Established in 2013, Tane Residence has built a reputation for delivering exceptional accommodations, offering over 100 meticulously curated units in prime Hong Kong locations. Our experience in balancing luxury and affordability has shaped our approach to property management.

In 2019, drawing from our extensive experience, we launched Tenafy, our proprietary property management platform. Recognizing the daily challenges faced by property managers, we created Tenafy to simplify and streamline the property management process.
